I. Thibault adds engineering & innovation director

Dave Lefrançois has joined I. Thibault Inc. (St-Damien, Que.)  as engineering and innovation director. His main functions at ITI will be to manage the engineering department, assure a technical monitoring for all mould issues (conception, materials, process, equipment, components, etc.) and coordinate all projects at ITI in order to provide innovative solutions to changing customer needs.

He has a Certificate in Plastics, and a technical and bachelor degree in mechanical engineering. He also has a strong experience in the plastic industry, having worked at IPL as the manager of engineering, custom moulding and industrial division and at Crocs (Fury division) as the director, new products development (sport equipments).
